An award-winning strategist. An entrepreneur who has pushed the boundaries of the media industry for 30 years, Haydon is our Founder and CEO.
He built Bray Media from scratch to a $250mil media strategy agency over 10 years… and then sold it to Carat which launched Carat in Australia.
Over the journey there’s not many marketing categories Haydon hasn’t worked on. Mostly with some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Haydon is the driving force behind Audience Precision with relentless energy and passion for creating a truly innovative business in the marketing arena.

Sammy heads Strategy at Audience Precision.
For over 12 years Sammy has been in roles that are hands on operationally and strategically across all facets of the digital advertising industry.
Working for large publishers, global agencies, and Adtech companies in both APAC & UK, Sammy has built a career focussed on operational excellence.
She is now combining her experience & her ability to convey the complexity of consumer behaviour & media into simple, actionable insight to drive world class strategy for our clients.
Laura Newman

Crowned “The Mentalist” of Audience Precision, Laura is obsessed with profiling personalities and identifying key audiences for brands.
Starting her career at Roy Morgan Research during the launch of Helix Personas, she worked closely with media agencies across Australia to enhance client projects and pitches with valuable market research insights.
It was here where Laura developed a passion for unravelling the consumer mind, and has brought this passion to life at Audience Precision with an innovative research and segmentation model.
Ally Alexander
Chief Financial Officer


With over 20 years’ experience, Ally has gained a reputation as a reliable, highly accurate and organised finance operator who can see all aspects of a business.
A Chartered Accountant for over 13 years, she has established strengths in finance, internal policy setting and adjusting business plans as the landscape invariably changes.
Through 11 years of senior management experience and working in a diverse array of industries such as Health, Financial Services, Airlines, Music and more recently Advertising, Ally has been able to hone her finance skills to contribute at a C-suite level.
In 2018 Ally joined Audience Precision, helping grow the start-up business into a global company, bringing a level of maturity to the overall business structure.
Sean Gerraty

Sean is our operational jigsaw puzzle king.
For over 10 years, Sean worked in finance before launching himself into the role of managing operational projects at Audience Precision.
Sean is a fast learner with proven adaptability to new technologies, procedures & applications across the full gamut of project operations.
Sean excels in the area of client management and staff training and, through highly tuned attention to detail, is a genuine problem solver who assists in every facet of our business.
Kerry Bray
Executive Consultant


With over 15 years of experience in the media industry up her sleeve, Kerry provides a level of insight to Audience Precision that is unmatched. She was a Co-Founder of Bray Media alongside Haydon, which was sold to Carat to become what is now Carat Australia.
Over the years Kerry has evolved her skillset into Business and Finance Management. She is also trained in Counselling, Conflict Resolution and Executive Strengths Coaching.
Jeremy Cath
Chief Technology Officer


Jeremy is an unashamed technologist, backed by over 25 years of practical software development and management experience in both the start-up and corporate worlds.
He has lived in the UK, Australia, and the US, and worked around the world for major advertising, media, software, and Fortune 100 Companies.
Over that time, he has been a key part of the teams behind record-breaking television franchises, best-selling consumer electronics devices, and major sporting events. That experience has developed a strong belief in the value of resilient, performant, and above all, adaptable systems to support growing and changing business landscapes.
Jeremy has been the lead on developing our strategy guidance system, Precise360, working to bring together the best tools from both Microsoft and Audience Precision’s development partners to offer a seamless, bespoke solution to ensure we can deliver the same precise service at scale, in any global market, in a reliable and timely manner.
Josh Sharp
Client Partner


With over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge across strategic planning, campaign implementation and management, digital and social media execution, as well as trading and negotiation skills. That, coupled with exemplary account service and business acumen, makes Josh Audience Precision’s go-to allrounder.
Having led some of Australia’s biggest brands, as well as a swag of challenger brands, Josh is a media chameleon – being able to adapt and hone his skillset across multiple categories and brands to drive positive business outcomes for his clients and share in their successes.
Josh is focused on client business strategy, and the role communication plays within that ecosystem. He’s inquisitive by nature, constantly questioning the status quo in a bid to solve the issues that keep his clients awake at night.
For Josh, it’s not always about the destination – the journey is much more interesting.
Monia Montefusco

Monia is passionate about exploring the potential of human behaviour and brave brands to create the magic that occurs when both intersect.
She has an entrepreneurial spirit and is a creative at heart. Her obsession with creating big actionable ideas and simplifying the complex media landscape has created powerful outcomes for clients and led to numerous award wins both locally and globally. With a broad repertoire of client experience working across both market leading and challenger brands she attributes collaboration and trust as the greatest drivers of success. She believes in continuous and never-ending improvement and has applied this philosophy to strategy development, activation and cross channel planning throughout the owned, earned, and paid ecosystem to maximise marketing ROI.
Monia is equally passionate about empowering individuals and teams to perform at their best and derives a great sense of personal fulfilment through mentoring and coaching the next generation of superstars.

Sunny is one of those rare individuals who sees numbers in 3D.
With a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Ballarat, and expertise in a vast array of data tools, Sunny has worked with numerous organisations to solve complex data problems that assist with business strategy.
At Audience Precision, Sunny drives the data team to deliver unique insights and dashboards that are used for building powerful and engaging strategies for our clients.
Jessica Bray

Since joining Audience Precision, Jess has been fully immersed in many of the innovation projects that make us unique.
Jess is one of the foundation members of Audience Precision, starting out her career as a media intern back in 2017. Now with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Marketing, minoring in Media, Technology & the Law from Macquarie University, she is a Senior Strategy Architect at Audience Precision and also our Media Team Lead.
She is our resident expert in our proprietary software, Precise360, and her love for Strategy and all-round integration across the business took Jess to New York at the beginning of our Global expansion journey.
Jess has a highly tuned attention to detail, which is her secret weapon for managing hundreds of intricate elements of her clients’ campaigns… all with a smile on her face!

James is fascinated with different people, cultures and sub-cultures, which is why he works in market research to get the truth on what we all think and do.
James started off working in finance and soon found an interest in market research after moving to Roy Morgan. There he serviced clients and provided insights to some of the biggest institutions in Australia’s banking and finance industry.
People are complex and James uncovers the crucial insights that describe who we are.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University and is hugely passionate about new technology and the tools that help drive data analytics.
Sai’s expertise in pushing data into highly engaging visualisation dashboards helps the Audience Precision Strategy team develop uniquely powerful campaign strategies for our clients.
Emily Fry
Graphic Designer


Emily is our passionate Graphic Designer. Having worked everywhere from Museums to Education, she loves working through the design process and creating bold and exciting imagery that draws the audience in.
Emily completed a Bachelor of Arts at the Univerity of Canberra, and graduated with a major in Storytelling. She has always loved communicating though creative writing, art and design.
As the creator of the Audience Precision style guide, she is our go-to for any and all design work within the company.
Rhiannon Rise
Business Analyst


As a Business Analyst, Rhiannon’s role is a key part of the pipeline in translating research into actionable insights at scale. With a background in Business Banking, she has a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach to help validate the results of the automation process.
Growing up as an Australian in the Pacific Northwest gives Rhiannon a unique perspective on the difference in seemingly similar audiences. While Rhiannon’s role is not directly client facing, the reports she helps produce are a key deliverable in any engagement.
Kevin Franco-Gregorio
Insights Analyst


Kevin is an Insights Analyst here at Audience Precision. As a multi-ethnic first-generation American, he has always wanted to learn more about the world around him and uncover why people ‘think the way they do.’
He holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Master of Research in Political Marketing from Macquarie University. On top of his cross-continental academic career, he has worked in brand marketing, assisting with the execution of campaigns and strategy for some of the world’s most recognisable brands such as Monster Energy, Red Bull, and Samsung.
Kevin brings a passion for analytics and deep diving into information to uncover hidden truths for our clients. He is also a coffee lover, dad joke enthusiast and dog fanatic…
Xuan Yao
Insights Analyst


Xuan’s role as an Insights Analyst at Audience Precision is to translate data into meaningful insights to answer the What, Who, Where, When, Why and How for our clients’ business.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Master’s Degree in Marketing from University of Adelaide, Xuan has worked in the market research industry for over 6 years and has valuable experience in executing market research campaigns. She has helped clients ranging from well-known brands to boutique local business to collect relevant audience insights. During her spare time Xuan is exploring the world of big data and picking up skills such as SQL and Tableau.
Being part of Audience Precision allows Xuan to combine her data and analytical skills with her curious mind to solve business challenges.
Patrick McGuinn

With a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Advertising, and a background in Television across multiple signals, Pat joins Audience Precision with an eagerness to understand the wider media landscape and work across all media types.
Over the course of his career, Pat has developed skills in client relations, implementation of media strategies, and negotiations, which he brings confidently to his role as Strategist.
Pat has a passion for people, from relationship building to how people shape the media landscape. He is driven by the creation of successful client performances, while enjoying the process and the exploration of ideas along the way.
Vaibhavi Deshpande
Research Co-ordinator


Vai comes from a diverse educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters in French Language, and a Masters Research in Media and Communication, obtained from the Université de Lyon and the University of Sydney.
Her experience is spread across diverse fields. She has worked as a French language teacher, translator, and interpreter. She has also previously worked in market research for French clients – in IT and the aeronautics industry, as a digital media coordinator, and has handled PR for an edtech start-up. Her passion, however, lies in digital media and research.
Vai eagerly uses her skills and experience as a researcher in this incessantly evolving digital media landscape.
James Porter
Strategist


James joined Audience Precision with over four years experience in the TV industry and has dived headfirst into learning the broader scope of the Media landscape.
James has an easy-going nature and a real passion for building relationships with people, making him a perfect fit for the Media Unit and the Strategist role at Audience Precision.
James loves dissecting data to tell a story and applying research to develop foolproof strategies to create great results for our clients.
Most weekends you’ll catch James out in the surf, attending live music gigs, or watching the Sea Eagle play (win) at Brooky Oval.
Harsh Vardhan Vyas
Operations Co-ordinator


Harsh joined Audience Precision as the Operations Co-ordinator after completing his Master’s Degree at the University of Sydney Business School.
Prior to this Harsh worked for a Fortune 500 company, and he has specialised in the fields of Business Information Systems, and Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Having worked across various sectors and organisations, Harsh has cultivated an in-depth and diversified knowledge base, allowing him to have a wide perspective when it comes to overcoming challenges in his current role.
He maintains high standards when it comes to operational excellency within the organisation, and always gives 110%. Harsh strongly believes in good karma, in keeping his cool under pressure, and in being humble.
