1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of audienceprecision.com (the “Website”), operated by Audience Precision Pty Ltd (ABN 70 668 373 120) (“Audience Precision”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About the Website
The Website provides information about Audience Precision and our audience intelligence services. It is intended for general business information. It does not constitute an offer, advice, or a binding commitment, and the provision of our services is governed by separate written engagement terms agreed with each client.
3. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Website for your own lawful, personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
4. Things you must not do
You agree not to:
- use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame or redistribute Website content except as expressly permitted;
- use any automated system to access or harvest data from the Website without our written consent;

This includes Precise360®, the DNA Audience methodology, and our other names, logos and brand features. Nothing on the Website transfers any right or licence in this intellectual property to you except the limited right to use the Website set out above.

Website content is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we make no representation or warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and it may change without notice. Any reliance you place on Website content is at your own risk.

Information on the Website is not professional, commercial, legal or financial advice and should not be relied on as such. You should obtain appropriate advice before making decisions based on it. Our formal recommendations are delivered only through agreed client engagements.

- where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant content or service, or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable costs, claims and liabilities we incur arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website, except to the extent caused by us.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, while recognising that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
